Big Lake Properties is a boutique, family owned vacation rental hosting company located in the heart of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. As a husband and wife team we originally started out as vacation rental property investors, focusing solely on our own properties. After years of perfecting all facets of our own properties, friends and acquaintances began asking us to help them realize the dream of owning and successfully running vacation rentals… and that’s when the co-hosting arm of Big Lake Properties was born! Our goal has never been size and growth but quality management and attention to detail focusing on unique properties.
We have extensive experience hosting properties anywhere from off-grid cabins to island homes and tiny houses. We focus solely on hosting properties that we, ourselves, can get excited about!
